Yes many muslims consider him to be a prophet, there's also an uncanny liaison between Jesus and buddhism. As it was reported that an "Issa" (arabic for jesus) was in india in the first century.

Well I dono about an Isa, but we believe that Isa died in India. Have you read "Jesus In India?

I think so, but I'm not 100% sure.
