no, the trade included daymond langkow , brian boucher and a first round pic

Wait, Wait , Wait. Roenick was never traded by Phoenix to Philly. He went there as a 10 year free agent. I remember this because Boston tried very hard to sign him, since he's from Boston, but he went to Philly instead.

I could be wrong. But I thought that Brian boucher was part of another trade.

Too much of a talent gap from the first line to the 2nd-4th lines.

That, and most of their defensemen are injured.

Either Jaromir Jagr should start producing or they should sell him and get a bunch of other good players.
I'm sorry to say that I would go for the second alternative.

With his contract, and the upcoming labor negotiations, it will be very hard to trade Jagr right now. Teams simply don't want to spend the money.

I see Montreal got thrashed by the Rangers, 5-1.

    Nice, real fukkin nice.:down::(:fero::groan:

So now, my question is, who did Philadelphia get when they traded Boucher, and Lagkow to Phoenix??

Because it wasn't roenick, he came to Phoenix via Chicago.

    Touchy, Touchy, now aren't we?:D

Like it matters, Philly will choke in the playoffs the way they always do.

Don't you guys find it strange that a guy like Mark Messier can still play. I mean he's 42.
Congrats to his new scoring record, I don't think he deserves it though.

Now I know what happened with the Philadelphia Phoenix trade.

    Here it is.

Brian Boucher, daymond langkow to Phoenix for

Michal Handzus, Robert Esche, and a #1 draft pick.

Needless to say, Philadelphia got the best of that deal.
