With Chelsea looking to rejuvenate their squad, i don't see how we could get him. If they coughed up 58m for Torres then Santos could start a bidding war that only Chelsea would be willing to settle.

Lukaku is supposed to go to chelsea for around 30 mil, i dont see how they would manage to bring in neymar.
i also dont see the use of neymar going to chelsea, as their systhem doesnt support him. He's way better of in spain

How did you come to that conclusion? Need i remind you that Roman Abramovich owns Chelsea & he said he would use his personal funds to rejuvenate the Chelsea squad as not to put the club into further debt.

for the drogba spot they got torrez and in july, lukaku.
for the lampard spot, i kinda doubt they would splash it on an unproven fragile dribbleplayer. I was thinking more about kaka, or a simular playmaker who can withstand the powerplay of english defences.
