I think he'll stay at Santos one more season.

By the way the person who compared Neymar with Robinho is spot on. Robinho was arguably more talented aswell. Shame he was weak minded. He'd easily be one of the worlds best players now.

Robinho was turning into a top player at Real Madrid, perfect place for him, stupid, greedy move from him.

Durante: “Juve contacted Santos over Neymar? Not to my knowledge. Maybe they’ve done so through other intermediaries”

“He has great technical abilities, maybe even better than Robinho. But, he lacks concentration in important matches. That’s his deficiency”

“Also, Juve had their Neymar in Giovinco. I think if Giovinco was the one at Santos he would’ve done exactly the same"

Don't think Chelsea will go for him IMO...I think we really have a chance to get him, all we need is a BOD that has the balls to make such a move. It is needed.

Seriously, if we plan on filling our brand new stadium ever then this is the kind of player this club needs to invest in. It's the least they could do after fucking us for the last 3 seasons. They need (I mean really need) to buy their fans back. This new stadium might bring crowds for the first 5 or so games but if the fans realize the team is the same shit stain as the last 3 years they will stop spending their own money if the club they love refuses to spend their own money in return.

Chelsea will make a bid after spending 50 odd Mln on Torres?
yes, if they won't win something this year, abramovic will go mad again on the market and sell lampard and drogba. So i'm sure that if the russian wants neymar there, he will get him.

Giovinco is 24, neymar is 19...giovinco worths 7,8 mils, neymar will be sold over 35 mils. Giovinco has one presence at italy and no goals, the brazilian has 3 goals out of 3 matches. Giovinco has 15 goals in 80+ matches, neymar has 26 at santos in 60 matches. I would sell giovinco, melo and amauri and i would not buy quag to get neymar.

And we could use a very good player as well...I say bring him back and give him a chance under Spalletti style football.
Don’t be so confident with that. Our brainless management will still assess the situation in the next coming games.

I have a strong feeling Delneri is the favorite for the bench next season.

I’m sick of defending Giovinco, because the whole argument is based on “what if”, so no point in discussing such thing.

IMO and in a nutshell, Giovinco is a really talented player and amazing with assists, if he was given the chance long ago when he was really young, he would’ve developed into something. But, clearly he is not determined enough to be a star now.

If he'd been at Barca since he was knee high to a grasshopper, he'd probably be a star now.

he is a talent, one of the best creative young talents italy has right now. But being creeative and playing in italy, especially at teams coached by italian coaches could ruin your carreer. And durante was trippin' there...there's no way you can compare gio to neymar.
