    Man, you better start watching the german league, did you see how he played against HANNOVER 96, awful is at least what you can call him.he is no good anymore.
    Yes, let's judge every player by one game. :D I saw that match. He had no chance on the first goal, 2nd goal was bad defending. Third goal was more bad defending. Couldn't really blame him for any of the goals. He is still a very good keeper.

    Squad against Germany:

    Goalkeepers: Gianluigi Buffon (Juventus) and Francesco Toldo (Inter);

    Defenders : Fabio Cannavaro (Inter), Matteo Ferrari (Parma), Fabio Grosso (Perugia), Nicola Legrottaglie (Juventus), Alessandro Nesta (Milan), Massimo Oddo (Lazio) and Christian Panucci (Roma);

    Midfielders: Massimo Ambrosini (Milan), Mauro German Camoranesi, Alessio Tacchinardi e Gianluca Zambrotta (Juventus), Stefano Fiore (Lazio), Simone Perrotta (Chievo), Cristiano Zanetti (Inter);

    Strikers: Bernardo Corradi (Lazio), Alessandro Del Piero e Fabrizio Miccoli (Juventus), Marco Delvecchio e Francesco Totti (Roma), Christian Vieri (Inter).

    My lineup:

    Code:
    [b]Buffon

    Oddo - Canna/Legrottaglie - Nesta - Zambrotta

    Tacchinardi - Perrotta

    Fiore - Totti - Del Piero/Miccoli

    Vieri[/B]

    Btw: How come Cristiano Zanetti is called up for this friendly? He has not played even one friendly match and he is called up? Talking about one of the favorite players for Trap. :rolleyes:

    Er, he played against the Portugeese and the Swiss and scored and they were friendlies, have you confused him with someone else?

    I guess he is not injured, but i remember reading from somewhere that his time with NT is about over, because Trap uses only one forward like Vieri and Corradi. Maybe if Trap change formation back to 4-4-2, then SuperPippo will be called up again?

    Anyway, i am wondering why isn´t Gattuso called up?

    I know, but he has been injured since then and he hasnt played with Inter any single match. He can´t be in good form.

    Sorry, I thought you meant International fiendlies. In that case it is right to question Trap.

    Is Pippo injured?
    yeah, i think he and Gattuso have injuries (not serious).

    Besides the fact that Trap's B is included (Zanetti), these things bother me:
    1. Why is Delvecchio included while Di Vaio isn't :groan:
    2. Why doesn't Trap try players like Maresca...it's only a friendly!?

    Maresca would be awesome player in NT! I have always liked this guy. Sell him to Inter or trade him to us and you get Sorondo or Lamouchi, ok? :)

    And this C.Zanetti thing is really ridiculous. In fact, Cristiano has joined the rest of the team ((Inter) to train with ball) just today. Today! And in few days he will be/play with NT! Ridiculous, why on earth did Trap choose him, because he must know that he cant be in good form and why we were so stupid to let him go? No wonder some of our players are injured too often!

    I think Trap sees C. Zanetti as a really important member of the squad to face Wales and this is why he called him up for the friendly even if he is not match fit. He may only come on in the 2nd half for a bit.
