Even if the guy was so deluded as to believe he was driving onto a two-lane highway and not a divided highway, who cuts in front of perpendicular traffic on a highway in the first place?

"why" is the question indeed. what was he thinking? i tried to find any follow up on the story, no success. some speculated that the driver missed the direction, he simply didn't know that relatively newly built highway and wanted to get back on the main road as quickly as possible.

on an other note, an ai wrote this:

Meh. All these people crying about AIs doing human-like things and it spooking them out. What pantywaists. I can use Photoshop to alter photos, but if an AI does it everybody thinks its the hand of God. People need to grow a pair. Emulation is not intelligence.
