In this individual case it might be, but @X Æ A-12 was actually talking about third worlders in Europe. There wouldn't be a third world if Europeans and mainly the French wouldn't had colonized and looted Africa and enslaved the people. So in a my opinion the French are responsible for this mess they created themselves (and benefitted) historically.

I noticed the guy who killed in Nice was from southern Tunisia, some druggie loser (quelle surprise) who had been radicalised, but didn't even speak any French. He was one of thousands who reach the tiny Italian island of Lampedusa as the first stop on European soil. But as he had no reason to be travelling to France and didn't even speak any French he should have been turned back both there and then when he arrived in France. Serious failings.

I think it's fair to let people live as a different gender, sexuality, even if they want to be a tree, but that's a decision you come to with life experience, sometimes before you are an adult.
