To be honest, those things are always inevitable when you take in a large amount of refugees, especially when you take them from countries where petty crime is rampant and the rule of law is lax.

I'm going to venture and guess that Syrian refugees aren't as bad as the North African immigrants though. The latter are the ones that come from countries where petty crime, drug trade and gang violence is rampant.

Those are thugs who come with the purpose of committing crime and our jurisprudence has no tools to deal with it. Our police forces run over capacity and our politicians live in an ivory tower.
