Besides Trabelsi, Bonera, and Grygera, who could take over for Thuram at RB?
Daniel Alves of Sevilla :star: (The guy is better than Mancini of Roma)
Massimo Oddo of Lazio (I don't see him with Juve; poor defensively)

if you dissagree, i will go down to that...singapore..and shove your F50's up ur behind ;)
:p

van Bommel is much better than tacchi IMO, i would rather have him in the 1st team than tacchi.

no disrespect towards tacchi.
offensively he does offer better distribution and a good shot but maresca's already suited for that position.i wouldn't want to see him go to waste as a result of more competition.

besides we've got enough defensive mids.(appiah, tacch, maresca, conte)

I actually think van Bommel will suit Maresca well..since VB is better defensively than enzo, and maresca is probably potential better than VB going forward. tacchi IMO has been dissapointing this season.

Bakke agent silent on rumour

Sunday, 21 March 2004

by Jostein Jensen
Eirik Bakke's agent Jim Solbakken refused to be drawn into conversation when asked if Italian giants Juventus were interested in the Norwegian international.
Reports in England speculated the Stadio Delle Alpi side were keen on landing the former Sogndal ace, however Solbakken neither strengthened nor played down the story.

"No comment," stated the agent to TV2 Nettavisen when confronted about whether Bakke could be set for a Serie A move.

Bakke's season has been hit by injury after he missed virtually the entire first half with a knee injury, while a thigh strain is currently keeping him on the sidelines.

The 26-year-old has been receiving treatment on the knock that has kept him out since Leeds' home clash against Liverpool, however he could return against Manchester City on Monday.

 this is the 1st time i heard this rumor.....why the hell we wanna buy him....?? :fero:

Who do you guys think we need more, someone like Pedretti or Tiago, or like Andres D'Alessandro? Back a couple years ago Juve were about to buy D'Al but somehow Moggi lost interest. I think we should buy him now because I watched a Wolfsburg game today and he was causing many problems for Werder, eventhough he does not have much to work with there. D'Al would be a great duo with Jankulovski in a couple years (Jank has power and work ethic like Nedved, D'Al has great vision and playmaking skills). What ya think?

No, we can do better than D'Ale! IMO, he is not the player to play in Italy, as he is simply too small. Also, he just holds the ball too long. If we really want a playmaker, we should bring in Van der Vaart or Diego aswell as Pizzaro!

moggi will only buy one playmaker. i too think van der vaart, aimar, rosicky would be better than d'alessandro. but, if it were between Pizarro and D'Alessandro, i would go for D'alessandro. Diego would be great also.
