Yes. I said that a couple of minutes ago. Thank you for your confirmation :D.
I'm not doing it because it doesn't work. And because there are literally thousands of forums you don't have to pay for. Fuck, I'll find an Italian speaking Juve forum, I don't care.

As i said,so be it.

WTF people pay 20 dollars a month for a porn site? There's free porn all over the internet. And I know, it's a means to an end. And I'm not doing it. If that means that I can't post here anymore, so be it.

When exactly is this going to happen?

And why doesn't Martin buy the site back and make it like it once was..? Come on, Martin. You owe me.
See you didnt read carefully. The cut off date is the 17th of August.Unfortunately for you I own the forum,Martin has no say in the matter.

1. Yes,if anyone hurls insults using vulgar language in a demeaning manner then yes.Spammers will be banned.

2.They have parents dont they?

3.So i shouldnt have saved the forum? You wouldnt be posting right now if i didnt use MY money.
Chill out. I didn't say you shouldn't have done it. I just said there are serious issues.

Obviously, it's necessary or you wouldn't be doing it.

And let me be the first (I think) to say, thank you for saving Juventuz, Byrone.

I can't find the fucking announcement anymore. When do we have to pay? If one would want to pay that is.

EDIT: it's the 17th. Too bad.

How much money exactly do you need? Because if every member would give TWENTY euros, that's a whole lot of money, Lord Byron.

Dru was the first but thank you,Adrian.:)

Ridiculous! Anyone with half a brain would know that this will not work.
Anyone with half a brain would know that it costs money to run a forum.

Look at the bright side of this.I dont hate your nor would i allow any of the mods to ban you ever again. If you behave that is.

Can I read the announcement somewhere? Cant found out. Dont know the details. Either way, thanks for keeping the forum afloat Byrone.

And I would assume generous donations are optional, not a requiste if you want to post etc?

I'm not paying 20 euros to be under your all knowing command. There is no bright side to this. Suddenly you have bought the forum and suddenly you're making us pay 20 euros for which we get to post, but we can still get banned if you don't like us. That is the worst deal since Man United bought Taibi to replace Smeichel.

If that shit about the money is for real, I'm out of here. I'm not paying any money whatsoever to post on an internet forum.
I'm leaving then. I don't pay to post on an internet forum. I just don't. And what's more: a LOT of people will leave and there will be very few new posters. And how the fuck are you going to ban someone who just gave you money? No, fuck that.
Some clubs develop exclusivity by requiring a fee -- but mostly to keep out certain people who would not pay/afford that fee. As if that exclusion were one of the benefits. Take any golf/country club in Georgia (the U.S. state) that prices out the "undesirables", for example.

You could be playing into certain hands on this one... :eyebrows:

Dollars Andries,dollars not dollshair!

Its $20 per annum not monthly. Also even if every single member paid $20,it still doesnt cover what ive spent. To make matters worse i deal with south african rands. The dollar/rand exchange rate is 8:1.:)

Also id appreciate it if you could cut the attitude, judy attitudie.

Sure, I might. But I don't like those clubs, so I don't want to be part of them. Internet fora have a more important role in everyday reality than people like to believe. They make or break opinions and ideas. If you have to pay to be part of them, a lot of quality people will never post.

How many members do you guys expect? 1000? That's 20 000 euros? Will the mods be paid?

You paid more than 160 000 dollars?

Yeah right. It's ridiculous. I wouldn't pay even if it sounded legit anyway.

is there even a forum in the web where you have to pay in the first place ? :O
I understand if one was atleast at first asking for generous small donations for those who like to help out (seen similar scenarios like this happen elsewhere, server fees aint small stuff, so whoever taking this one deserves kudos). But directly announce this news and then demand money or you wont post is something entirely else :shifty:

Yes. And I know what this looks like. This is probably some sort of joke though.
