Hello to all of you!
As I'm sure you can all see (not that I think it makes a huge difference in your lives or anything), this is my very first post here on the forum.
I'm a norwegian Juve-follower, 22 years old, from Oslo to be more exact.
Juventus has been a part of my life for over 9 years now.
The club caught my eye while reading about the late John Charles, the gentle giant welshman who signed for Juventus in the late 1950's and went on to set a goalscoring-record and pick up 3 scudettos and 2 Coppa Italia trophies in the black and white jersey.
He signed from Leeds United, the club I support in England.
The Italian Serie A is a great league with a unique style, and I'm happy for all the ups and downs (thankfully, mostly ups) I've experienced up until now following Juve.
Winning the scudetto last season was a fantastic joy for me, and I treasure it still.
In my opinion we have the strongest squad in Serie A, and although we have a formidable challenger in AC Milan, I think we will bring back the league trophy for the 29th time to Turin in may.
The victory vs Bayern Munchen at Delle Alpi was a strong result, and I sense that Juve will go far in the Champions League as well.
I would really like your opinion on something..
Do you sense a new era approaching?
Soon the club will have a new stadium, and it will have to deal with the inevetable loss of skillfull veteran players such as Nedved, Thuram, Cannavaro and Del Piero, due to their age. Maybe not straight away, but there will be a time.
And also..
Does anyone have the 6-1 thrashing of AC Milan (1996?) on file or know where I can get it?
Once again, greetings to all of you on here, and Forza Juventus!
