Sure, I can tell you that when Moggi acts, good or bad, he acts on behalf of Juventus. In the eyes of the football world Moggi is (was) Juventus. Therefore, if Moggi was corrupt, Juventus was corrupt and both must be punished. Since the players are innocent parties, they are surely free to terminater their contracts if Juve is demoted to Serie B. So, the players are free to continue in their own Serie A adventues.

Snoop, I agree with you on pretty much everything you said. And I'd like to emphasize the point that Moggi is not worth praising. He was great in the transfer market for sure but after all these telephone conversations we can clearly tell that he is neither honest nor a man of honor. In some way I feel bad for the guy because the whole media accuses only him and depicts him to be some sort of evil satan forgetting or ignoring that other clubs and officials over the years have also been involved in the same actions. But on the other hand I have no sympathy for a guy who locks referees to a room, threats, extorts and who's like a little mafioso behind closed doors.

Moggi is not satan but he's not a Juve hero either. I'll understand him somewhat but I definately do not like him.

I think it was Seven who told me that this kind of relegation clause you're talking about doesn't bother us because almost none of the players have one. Hopefully that's true.

It is unlikely we will know anything relevant until july, because then the trial will take place. So far, there are only pieces of the enquiry spreaded through the press.

Are you sure there will a trial? Has it been decided? Because as far as I know a decision can be taken based solely on the hearings.

No. This is the enquiry stage. If a judge will consider the enquiry enough solid to uphold a trial, he will refer to Court the case. Otherwise, if the allegations are not proved and the enquiry is not solid enough, the Judge will dismiss the case.

as much as I won't defend Moggi, I won't turn against him either. I just want him to stay away from us, Ofcourse he did good things for the club too other than those dirty things he did, we can't forget that, but If he is guilty (I think he is), he should be punished, to be objective.

I don't belive that he will turn against Juve, like Seven said, he won't blame the club and take us down with him, If he wanted that, I don't think he would resign from his position. and I respect that decision of him, that's the best thing he could do.

to be honest i really know that moggi was guilty but i knew this for along time, even before the trail. but i really hope that we will be cleard of all this accusations and stay in seria A and keep our trophies that we really deserved. don't blame me for being opptimestic but i love this club and i'll always say that Juve is innocent even if i knew that they are guilty. their is an old say" support ur brother in good or bad " i would never say that we are guilty; even if we r, and make inter or milan supporter make fun of juve. even if we were donated to Seria C or they took our titles away i'll still say that we aren't guilty

Additionally, they basically caught the Juve team physician red handed in the doping scandal, and only he faced consequences, because (I am paraphrasing) it could not be proven that he was directed by anyone to do so.

Now, unless it can be proven that it was a corporate decision (ie, that Moggi was not acting alone) then the case seems to me to be the same here (although, admittedly, at a much higher level)

Italian champions Juventus have appointed Alessio Secco to work alongside coach Fabio Capello.

The Old Lady have been short of backroom staff since the entire board resigned earlier this month over match-fixing allegations.

Secco, who is Juve's new head of sporting activities, has previously worked with the club as their press officer.

Meanwhile, the enquiry into the match-fixing allegations against former Juventus officials Luciano Moggi and Antonio Giraudo has been extended.

Officers from Italy's inland revenue have asked professional clubs and amateur sides from Serie A, B and C to check their account for anomalies.

In all 16 Serie A clubs have been asked to cooperate including: Empoli, Livorno, Palermo, Fiorentina, Ascoli, Cagliari, Sampdoria, Messina, Inter, Milan, Parma, Roma, Lazio, Siena, Reggina and Chievo, along with 17 Serie B sides and 12 Serie C clubs.

Judges involved in the case are focusing on specific transfers involving Juve between 2000 and 2005.

Deals including Zinedine Zidane's world record deal to Real Madrid are being investigated, including Enzo Maresca, Fabrizio Miccoli, Giorgio Chiellini, Edwin van der Sar, Fabian Carini and Andrea Gasbarroni's transfers.

I don't know about others but I'm pissed with this news!!! This means that everyone turned back on us, and even judges are trying everything to found us guilty!!! I think prosecutors should just try to investigate our case, and not to ask other italian clubs (actually whole Italian league) to help them...
