GdS, CdS & TS continue to say Sarri is the favourite for the Juve job. Juve have contingencies to satisfy him.

GdS - Pjanić/Dybala are untouchable, Higuaín returns.

CdS - Pjanić, Rugani, Bernardeschi are the key men. Pipa returns. Hysaj is a target.

TS - Pipa returns.
Higuain, Rugani and Hysaj. The Italian media is so lazy  They just put rumors out about players that usually are connected to Sarri.

Maifredi fears 'big problems' could arise at Juventus if Sarri takes over

Former Juventus manager Gigi Maifredi spoke in an interview with La Repubblica and spoke about the possible arrival of Maurizio Sarri in Turin.

The 72-year old said "Sarri has an advantage as he has more experience than me, as I was not mentally ready for Juventus, but tactically, I was all right."

He talked about his time at the Bianconeri saying "I was not given the time or the tools to make it work. Casiraghi was out for four months, we only had 14 players, two strikers and we were also missing the third foreigner player, but in my mind, I gave up too soon."

In reference to Sarri, he claimed: "Sarri would be the third choice after Guardiola and Deschamps."

He seemed to reference Sarri's reputation for a lack of rotation saying "He uses 12 or 13 players, if you do that at Juventus, I predict big problems.'

Maifredi was asked about Gasperini, he said "He is good, but he trains players who are using the platform at Atalanta to show off their skills to play elsewhere."

He had a word of advice for the former Empoli & Napoli manager should he go to Juve, saying "If I were Sarri, at Juve on the first day, I would say to the team : Ronaldo can do whatever he wants, but everyone else will do what I say. It is the same phrase that Carlo Mazzone said to the team when he was at Brescia about Baggio."

FI saying Sarri will build the team around Rugani, Pjanic, Berna & Higuain...

I’m sure Ronaldo, Bonucci, Chiellini, Dybala & Costa would be delighted by that!

Arenas is shit so I really hope not.

Sometimes I think of volunteering to start a soccer team with inner city kids. I truly believe that if they went through a moderately intense regimen with drills, basic cardio, and practice matches, they’d be good enough to get a full college ride here. Let’s say I do it for five years and 80% of my kids get full rides. Then I’d be able to get a college coaching gig, right? I do that for three years and then move to MLS or US national team. Maybe five years after that, with considerable success I could apply for a job in one of the top 6 leagues in Europe.

And I’d still be better than Bruce fucking Arenas. That dude is shit. Pure shit. No. Just no.
I have cousins who are raised or born in the US, and they always tell me how truly odd it is that their football coaches, whether in junior, high school or college level are guys who barely played the sport themselves, so only know basic drills physical regiments but clueless about how to train in the key fundamentals of the game. Defenitely an odd occurrence, and they say it's not only in their city but across the country.

I don’t get the Sarri hate on here. His teams play good attacking football, and he hasn’t had a squad nearly as good as ours, with as much depth as well.

Inzaghi hate is also unjustified, he’s been doing pretty well with limited resources at Lazio, making players like immobile and Luis Alberto look better than they actually are.

Both these guys aren’t my first or second or even third choices, but they’re not nearly as bad as people are making them sound in my opinion
