It's about looking good. Football players have huge egos and are less likely to respect a guy dressed in a tracksuit telling them what to do.

Suits are different. A person dressed with a well tailored suit, automatically commands respect.

Why would you wear a tracksuit on matchday? You're just standing there on the sideline, you aren't working out. Training session is different.

At a club like Juventus you got to have some class. If you coach Liverpool, a tracksuit will do.
