Yes he did, but straight after winning the league Conte send him a text message to basically say "get the fuck out". Conte fell out with Costa and David Luiz, two key players in his title winning season. I'm sure there were some other players that he lost too, thus they didn't perform anywhere close to how they did during Conte's first season.

Fuck Inzaghi to this day I dont even see what is so special about him? So what if hes won a couple of domestic trophies. His league and European form is something left to be desired, he doesn't fit our profile of needs and I dont believe for a moment he is even being considered as a candidate.
