ya i doubt it man, i'm pretty sure it will be a decent logo that will grace our shirts next year. its about time we got away from advertising a f*cking gas station :D
Yeah, this Tamoil was an ugly logo, I don't like it at all. I'm waiting for a decent one. Anyone which will provide us with the required cash will be decent though.

Last April, Manchester United signed a four-year, 56.5-million-pound shirt sponsorship deal - a record in British soccer - with New York-based global insurance company American International Group Inc.

That means our deal is approximately half of Manchester United's deal...

Yeah, but our contract with Tamoil was the biggest in the world with Real Madrid behind us and etc.

I think taht this contract with Fiat is not bad at all considering that we still need to get back to A and we are not gonna play in european cups. In few years when we back on the top we will will get better sponshorship deal maybe not the same we had with Tamoil but it will be near.

I am happy FIAT is the sposor .. i am sure the new logo wil look great too

as for the money it is pretty good ... we can't expect to get a deal as good or better than our old one given our current situation. the club knows what it is doing and it has taken the best option available

    Some facts about our deal:

1- The performance bonus may reach 2.5 million euro if Juventus wins the scudetto next season. That means the total annual deal would equal 13.5 million euro.

2- To compare our deal with the best Italian deal currently. Milan gets around 10 million euro and they have performance bonus that equals 6 million euro if they win the scudetto.

3- The highest shirt sposorship deal now in Europe is Schalke's deal with Gazprom offering them 25 million euro yearly...

:agree: Considering we have no CL, the sponsorship deal is good.....
..... and there are bonus payments based on performance, so if the team does well, Juve'll get more money.

how on earth did schalke manage to get such deal ? :shifty:
Germany is one of the biggest markets for Gazprom and Schalke is a club with a huge fanbase. Former Chancellor Schroeder is involved in Gazprom as a "consultant" and has good contacts to German energy companies that do business with Gazprom. He is a football fan, too (not Schalke fan though). It's rather dubious deal in the zone of politics and business.
