He originally stated that he got Piemontese blood in his veins,his grandpa is from Alessandria.

Am I drunk or does the quote say"Nelle mie vene scorre sangue piemontese,mio nonno era di Alessandria."?There's nothing about Real Madrid or Milan in his veins. He just stated that he has Italian blood in his veins because his grandpa is from Alessandria(North Italy,near Torino).

I mean you see the difference between the original Italian statement"I have Italian blood in my veins..." and "I have AC Milan and Real in my veins...", don't you? They can't even translate a simple Italian sentence in English...maybe bubblefish translated "Italian" to "Milan and Real":eyebrows:
