that's a tricky one. i consider wireless iem's disposable items as they are borderline impossible to repair (just scroll through these scores:
https://www.ifixit.com/repairability/wireless-earbud-repairability-scores , most of them are very low) and the warranty is usually 1 year. the battery has a limited lifespan, so you cannot expect to use them for a long time, just like people used the wired earphones/headphones. and for ~150 you can't expect especially good sound quality either. for the same price, wired iem's will always sound much better with even a cheap dongle like the ve abigail. anyway, i get the convenience of a wireless, i also have pixel bud pro's around and i like the hassle free experience
that said, some suggestions i'd consider:
- final audio models from here:
https://www.hifiheadphones.co.uk/collections/open-box-refurbished-ex-demo?page=1&rb_product_type=Wireless Earphones these are refurbished (open box, demo) models, they always have something in stock. i ordered from here pre-brexit, reliable store. bear in mind that you'll have to pay vat in the eu, the prices are still very decent. the ze3000 is pretty good. you might wanna consider the noble falcon too; i've heard wired noble's and they always sounded excellent, hopefully the wireless are not that bad either. i'd do some research before pulling the trigger on the noble.
- technics az80:

probably the best sounding "big brand"' iem at a tolerable price point. out of your budget at msrp but black friday is coming, keep an eye on the deals
- one of my buddies probably has these (or the previous generation, not sure):
https://www.sennheiser-hearing.com/...less-4-refurbished/cm0awasx4p5d006umfoilbe8u/ anc is not great, default sound quality isn't great either, but it has potential with app and eq

- also some popular choices here:
https://www.scarbir.com/truewireless as these are disposable, you might just pick a cheaper one... the samsung buds fe's aren't terrible. and this is my advice for you too
@Siamak as they have multiple suggestions around $50
see the last link above. i wouldn't expect reliability, these are mostly cheaply made, disposable items.
if i misunderstood you and you'd prefer headphones instead of earphones then:
