It shouldn't really matter where he plays. For their economic standard, Cagliari invested a lot in him. But he's been drowning in mediocrity over there. He is a better version of Arthur. A much better version of Arthur.

He has quality that we need. Someone who feels comfortable with the ball at their feet in midfield to progress forward. He's good at that. Very good at that.
