A-R. Abedzadeh (The Eagle From Persia)
    Former keeper of Iranian NT...
For sure one of Asias best keepers ever...

If it wouldn't be for all $hit going on there he would for sure
be able to make a name out of himself in European leagues...

Also N. Hejazi Iranian keeper for the WC team in 78...
He was voted as Asias best GK during the last century (1900-2000)

    Talking about good Asian goalkeepers,
I think Korean Lee Woon-Jae (I am not too sure about spelling) is up there with best of the lot. He would be decent goalkeeper for midtable European teams.
Kawaguchi without erratic form can be very good.:moan:.

My favourite after Gigi is Andreas Isaksson. Does it ring a bell?
Yes it is the guy who was in Juve for a season or two a couple of years ago. Now he is playing in Djurgården and he is doing it very well. He is regular in the National team.
I am sure he will be just as good as Buffon one day.

Didn't he played for the youth team, under Carla?
I really can't comment because I have never seen him play. Anyway, good luck to him.
