Lol I actually just did an ESTA application to the US next month, for 2 days for the CWC semi finals (we gonna be in Canada majority trip, my brother wants to watch the games). And they legit asked for 5-6 different social media handles lol

I actually don't have any (no facebook, insta, tiktok etc) except 1, which is twitter. I added my twitter lol (let them read all the footie news feeds lol), felt surreal. My brother has handles for all the social media apps, but he didn't add any to his application out of principle

Let us know if his application is successful. I suspect they will be aware of his accounts anyway.

My brothers was successful yesterday. And mine was successful within 20 minutes of applying. Automated service that had nothing to flag.

But the real work begins at customs and border agents at the airport. If they vibing with us or nah lol

Tuz is litterally older then Social media.

But if I added tuz on it, I would added Ocelot or icemans accounts and pretended they mine.

Cuz they randomly the two most sane /normal/sanitized tuz posters I can think of.

Majority of us are just different levels of too freaky and twisted to withstand scrutiny.

Imagine if they had to go over Siamaks posting history for example.

You and your siblings were born in Sweden, right? I remember one of my relatives who’s Norwegian flew to the US in 2018, but when he landed at JFK airport the immigration sent him back because his passport showed he was born in Somalia.

Lol I'm born in Somalia.

3 siblings and my mother been to the US couple times before, and no issue for any of them (pre both Trump terms) except one brother, who was interrogated for half a day, because he had Bosnia in his past travels (Somalia too, but they were more focused on bosnia).

Which was a class school trip at 13-14 years old for culture exchange. But they were hella enquiring about it cuz apparently it's a location for where terrorists go to train/recruit? Was bizzare experience for him.

P.S I misremembered, another brother going on bussiness to NY was held on interrogation room for hours because his name is Mohamud. Apparently that is a name that gets specially flagged and stopped by US customs.

There’s a rule for dual nationals of Iran, Iraq, Sudan and Syria to apply for a visa even though they have EU passports. The rule was implemented at the end of Obama’s second term. I’m not aware if Somalia was added later or not.
Not only dual nationals, but if you have traveled to these countries in past 5 years you need to apply for a visa.

Lol surely Id be getting body cavity search if they would take a peak at my posts in Allegri's thread. And Bosnia? I go there few times per year as I have a lot of family and friends over there. So visiting US is off my list.

And I travelled twice to the US as a Bosnian citizen, no one ever asked me anything, except what’s the reason for my visit amd where I’m staying.

I think Afghanistan, North Korea, Yemen and Cuba are missed in that list.
Talking on visa and it's partially related to the topic, all these countries have the lowest/worst passport in the country passport rankings. This means that citizens of the above countries face travel restrictions.
