I suppose he forgot the fact that I actually did vote for Trump and Republicans a decade ago. I wanted a third party with lower taxes for all and more freedom for all. But we literally got none of that, unless you’re a billionaire. Then after J6, it was pretty clear that the worst people in the country are the biggest MAGA supporters.

This guy will be in for a rude awakening. He’s lucky he lives in CA, supposedly, because if he was essentially anywhere else he would most likely be under the crosshairs of some sort of misery. Fat Asian/Hispanic looking people don’t fare too well in the vast majority of the country. Perhaps he’s had it too well living in such a beautiful state with reasonable people and a decent governor.

Actually, funny story. I was a big Obama guy in college, but before anyone even knew who he was I was in an energy economics class where the professor was asking about who the next President would be. Must have been like 2007 or something, wild. He took comments in class and I raised my hand and said it could be Obama. Some arrogant fat kid in the back immediately laughed and said who? “Some guy named Obama yeah that won’t happen.” I told the class he was from Illinois. Two years later Obama came and held a rally at my Uni.

What a fucking dipshit that guy was. Maybe it was Nomuken. :lol:

The psychology behind Trump is interesting. I suspect he genuinely is this stupid and believes the stuff he says, and he doesn't have a large enough vocabulary to get into genuine discussion with people about topics. It's all formulaic. You could be talking about taxes or shipping or dinosaurs and Trump is an expert on every subject. The way he attacks people is formulaic, they are losers or bad people, not very good at their job. He never emotionally evolved from being an 8 year old in the school playground. Another possibility is that he's just surrounded and guided by people that know his shtick works, they let him loose, they know MAGA army will lap up every single word, the content is irrelevant, it only matters that Trump is saying it. He may have been used as a tool since day 1.
