The scary thing is, outside of the legalities, these guys don't care if they get it wrong on the surface. They're on a total rampage and if they "accidently" pick up someone who's an actual citizen or here legally, who cares. Once the current mission is accomplished, that's when guys like this will be turned loose to track down anybody else that doesn't agree with the Fuhrers. It's a training program. Hopefully good people will stand up and stop it before it comes to that, but I have my doubts.

I have family in NY and Michigan but I'm not sure the I could visit without being thrown into some detention centre since I always get pulled up on my visits. Also, I'm not convinced the fucking plane would make it either. Luckily I have family in Canada so I could cross the border by car. I used to love going to the US with work, I miss those days.

I'm from the UK. When I was an academic scientist I frequently traveled for conferences. I always got interrogated, but that wasn't a big deal because I always got out. Clearly there is some sort of red flag on my passport, but by the end of the checks, it would be a calm release.

i just gave it a quick check and interestingly enough they don't expect a high inflation (iirc it was around 2%) even with the tariff insanity. i'd be surprised if that prediction was accurate

There’s too many Latinos in the US for an ethnic cleansing to take place. I would say it’s just ICE agents being retards and picking whoever they think looks suspicious.

This is the biggest thing that I think the Trump people aren't realizing. Their cult leader isn't going to be around forever, and when he's gone this can all so very easily be turned around in any direction the majority in power please. Can't neuter the courts and then expect things to work when they want it to.
