Thankfully, politics didn’t come up much, other than some grumblings I overhead in the kitchen (I hate that fucking rainbow flag trans people nonsense, etc). Thousands of pounds of deer meat in the freezer sort of talk by some of these folks. But the best part of the night was learning another maga dude in attendance has a Russian wife from Siberia. She is a natural health specialist like RFK Jr. and says Covid didn’t ever exist and it was all a hoax. They own hundreds of acres of land in some of the richest areas of the country. Can’t make this shit up. We are so fucked.
