One of his private equity buddies is going to be the new ambassador to the UK. Curious to know if previous ambassadors had any foreign policy experience. My uneducated guess is that it's a wine and dine position with the added pressure of having a bag packed at all times when a foreign government feels like ejecting you.

The sad thing is that under administrations like this, the only rational response is to find ways to dupe and profit off every other American and make bank off them as fast as you can. We are given no incentives to do otherwise.

I.e.,: f doing good things for others, f solidarity, f national pride. Take the money and run.

No nation can survive on that attitude.
