I think keeping them alive makes sense only for the experimentation. RFK Jr. can keep a certain percentage in the FEMA Camps so he can test some new Alex Jones products on them, like Alex Jones' Sea Moss, Super Shemale Vitality, and others.

Regarding the trains, I guess if they crash into the wall, it's not a big deal.
