He really wasn’t fit for the job. This goes further than left, right, conservative, progressive etc. Makes you wonder what the protocols are in general in Western countries in regards to people in important positions but in cognitive decline.

To give a extreme example, how many of Hitler’s staff would’ve known that he wasn’t clear of mind anymore due to all the drugs, but weren’t in power to do something about that. To translate such a extreme example to our time, we’re talking about president(s) who have a veto on nucleair capabilities, so obviously you got to be prepared for the worst.

Hopefully not only the US but other countries learn lessons from this too.

You say that as a dude. If she can pull a women’s block after all the Supreme Court machinations, she might not win but do much better than you might think.

I’ve long said how the woman ducks controversy at all costs to position herself for the next job in her career. The thing that gives me pause is that there are no more promotions. And I honestly don’t know what she would do then. Not the same as before. But I have zero evidence as to what.
She’s so unpopular that even Nancy Pelosi didn’t come out and support her for the nomination yet. In fact, none of the big Dems have, other than Biden. That tells you all you need to know.

The people who only care about Roe were always going to vote for the Dems anyway. It wouldn’t matter.

Kamala is very unpopular, so if they decide to have her run for President, then that is basically conceding to Trump. She has no chance.

But maybe that will be the playbook. Focus on the key senate and house races, let Kamala get destroyed and then focus on 2028. Because without some magical Obama presidency I don’t see anything saving this train wreck. The Dems look horrible.
She might get the #blackgirlmagic vote

No offence, but Trump is just as senile at this point.

Did you hear him rant about electrical boats and sharks? I mean, how is that guy fit for office? Apart from the fact he's also a rapist who manages to bankrupt fucking casinos.

I will simply never understand how people vote for that man.

This was an obvious coup though. You think Joe Biden drops out if they were successful in offing trump?

She does know how to win. Good thing about Biden dropping out this late is that whoever the replacement is has to campaign properly and can’t coast on being “Not Trump”

Obama just came out and said there needs to be a process to select a qualified nominee. No mention of Harris. She’s dead to everyone.
People who push a sitting president to drop naturally have an idea how unpopular his VP is.
However, She has one advantage with the donors: because she's on the same campaign committee she has direct access to the funds in Biden/Harris war chest. No other candidate can use those funds directly.
