I also see a lot of inconclusive, difficult, hard to identify, questionable etc... in the article you posted. You are cherry picking. There is even pointed out IFR may range from 0.16% - 1.6%. Maybe you should tone it down a bit since you didnt post anything more significant. Or dont, keep harping.
lol.

Sure bud. Keep making things up. Vast majority of studies finding and experts saying 0.5-1.0%, while you’re talking 0.1-0.3% based upon no evidence at all.

And you specifically chose Spain, which has actually done a proper serological study on this, which I linked, showing 0.83%. But keep on trucking, bud. :baus:

You clearly haven’t, muppet. The first link, Verity talks about 0.9% with broader range of 0.4-3.6%. The Diamond Princess Cruise Ship study estimated 0.6%.

They talk about a growing number of studies further down in the article that are concluding with estimates of 0.5-1.0% IFR. A Brazilian study at 1% and the latest Spanish study at 1%. A Geneva seroprevalence study’s at 0.6%.

And the actual Spanish seroprevalence study I posted estimates 0.83%, higher in men, lower in women. possibly higher due to excess death toll and undercounted Covid deaths.

But ya know. Keep talking nonsense. Fair enough if you just want to make up your own numbers. Lol

Probably, but that doesn't make Chris evans less of a hypocrite by pointing out how millionaires like himself get preferantial treatment in life and death situation.
Do you know the meaning of the word hypocrite? You use it in this instance, but I'm not sure you do.

He obviously forgot to name himself in there.
If he did that than all respect to him.
The tweet would have looked much better like this " You and I are in no position to tell the average Joe not to fear covid, because we have the money and influence to get preferantial treatment".
But that would mean no virtue signaling by him so that's a no-no.
Jesus christ, I never seen anyone be as desperate as to find reasons to criticize someone. He said its irresponsible to say to the public corona is nothing when you have the best care on the planet, something not available to your average Joe (especially in country like the US where a hospital stay can bankrupt you). Ergo its really really not in equal footing and unnecessary reckless act.

Evans and any other millionaire can get access to this care too, but they aren't a hypocrite BECAUSE they aren't doing what Trump is doing, recklessly telling millions who see your word as the gospel, that this deadly spread disease is nothing because I survived it. If it leads even a single person to take it less seriously, get affected, noy get proper care, and die, its one too much.

Just because you are rich doesnt mean you can't sympathise with and think its reckless to indirectly endanger peoples lives with your far reaching words and actions.

How is this lost on you?

But by not naming himself he equates himself to the avarage Joe which makes himself a hypocrite.
Anyway that's how I see it.
FFS, I dont wanna be rude, but is English your 10th language or something? You need to re-read that simple tweet if you misunderstood its so massively.

Some people hate being told what to do, no matter how right the other person is.
