No and I'm not going to. Courts will decide if he's guilty or not. My problem is why he had an AR-15 and what was he doing there?
Why is that a problem? Is open carry against the law in Wisconsin? Does it mitigate his right to self defense in anyway?

If you dislike open carry or his right to travel from state to another that's a separate from whether or not the shooting was justified.

I'm not talking about legality of what he did. That's up to the courts. Why would a 17 year old pick up an AR-15 and drive for 30 minutes to be in the scene of riots? Vigilante justice is not acceptable in my book.
I believe minimum age to buy a gun in IL is 18.

So the mob was attempting to lynch a child? That's fucked up.
Riots are fucked up anyway

all I see is a teenager red neck cunt who’s thirsty for some blood. What kind of 17 year old is crossing state lines with an automatic gun and then shooting people?

if you disagree with the protests, stay your ass home. If your property is in danger, feel free to defend it. But this guy is a nut job.

What does this have to do with vigilante justice? He was being assaulted and had been knocked to the ground by a violent mob before he fired. fyi one of them people assaulting also had a firearm in his hand.

maybe its his dad's...why does that matter anyway?

Sounds like he was defending property (possibly knew the owners) and was chased off of that property be a violent mob that repeadtedly assaulted him as he tried to flee.

The people who have lost their minds are the ones who feel justified/ comfortable attacking and chasing him through the streets.

He is from Illinois. If you think 17 year olds with AR-15 just happen to be in the area then OK.
Also 17 year olds with access to AR-15 doesn't matter?

Can't they both be in that category? 17 year old militia?

I read up on this, he didn’t know the owners. Regardless, he’s a 17 year old kid walking around with a gun. That in itself is illegal.

but it looks like he was part of a militia organized by cops [wtf????] and that’s okay by those cops apparently because laws don’t apply to them.

Oh yeah, and his name is Kyle

I'm not arguing that minors should be able to purchase but i feel like you are veering away from the actual conversation here on whether the shooting was justified or not.

veering away? Literally my first sentence was that it's up to the courts to decide he's committed murder or not. You wanna have that conversation then I'm not your man.
I said clearly what my issue with this thing is.

If you aren't willing to actually watch the video then I don't care what your opinion is on it.

This isn't even a controversial incident. They would have beaten him to death in street, shooting is 200% justified here. The second person he shoots is also pointing a gun at him. Its clear enough in that video that you can even tell the gun is a Glock.

oh and I looked it up. Open carry while underage is actually not a capitol crime in Wisconsin. Its a misdemeanor so the attempting to murder him was excessive.

ya know Kyle, sometimes you’re out for a walk and see a beehive next to the path. What’s the right thing to do? Kick the beehive, hang around the beehive or try to stay away from the beehive?
The guy brought it upon himself, there’s consequences to actions, especially dumbheaded actions like the ones he took. Doesn’t mean the mob was right, but it doesn’t mean he was right either.
