Because its rooted in systematic racism which mostly only whites can afford (or since its paid by government, whites/asians I guess get better scores to get into charter schools). Equality for allllll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why can those kids get a better education than kids in inner city schools run by democrats 90% of the time? Its not in the name of "fairness"

in other words, if tax payers pay for charter schools like inner city schools, they should be allowed to get a better education...
