Some of my parents friends were discussing the school shooting and the backlash against the NRA. To cap off some of the dumbest shit I've ever heard uttered, according to one of them all the student protests were organized by the Muslim Brotherhood.

And you all wonder why we have such problems in this country, you have entire generations of severely uneducated people making decisions.

It's horrible that children have to fight for their right not to die in school. The fact that adults can't figure it out illustrates how massive a failure politically out country is in comparison to the rest of the world.

To be honest there is a massive effort going on towards intentionally clouding the judgment of people. An organisation with the power of the NRA just doesn't exist in other countries. No one is handing out millions towards Belgian politicians for publicity (there's FN Herstal, sure, but we're talking about guns for citizens I guess).
