I think from a business perspective, it's really not too bad -- all things considered. No doubt Hillary would have been worse in that regard. But most of my concerns with respect to Presidential elections surround economics and the overall business climate.

I don't have a problem with cuts in theory. But these cuts are basically a transfer of wealth from lower middle class and impoverished Americans straight to the wealthiest portion of small business owners. Now, it can be argued that trickle-down economics will help return some of that wealth, and it will, just a very small percentage that will in no way offset the losses of aid for struggling Americans. At some point the right is going to have realize that these middle class jobs are not coming back and trickle-down economics doesn't work in the current global market. It started in the Reagan era with a massive wealth shift and ballooning income disparity gap, and this new Trump-Republican budget is going to make it so much worse. Not that the liberals have done any better in America pumping money into inefficient and corrupt programs. But the Republican Party needs to accept that some kind of safety net is actually necessary and work with the democrats at making one that is smaller, streamlined, and more efficient, instead of bloated and inefficient as fuck.
