Who among the Republicans would you vote for now, since Paul is gone?
:boh:

Honestly, I can't answer that. Rubio is the only one that makes sense at the moment, unfortunately. All I know is my vote won't go to Hillary/Sanders. Not sure if I have the heart to vote at all at this point.

South Carolina, and more importantly, the Southern Black Democratic vote, is critical for Clinton to stop this wave that Sanders is on. They are normally very supportive of Hillary, but if they take a closer look at Sanders, then votes might start swinging his way in the Primary.

As far as the Republican primary, it is going to be Trump's to lose at this point. His margin of victory was larger than anyone could have hoped for.

Of course, a presidential election consisting of Sanders vs. Trump scares the living daylights out of me

Outside of New England I don't really think Sanders will be able to beat Hillary. Long term, Hillary will take it especially down south which is sorta her area.

On the other side, anything can happen IMO. So South Carolina is next and then Nevada after that?

He barely lost to Clinton in Iowa, where a landslide victory was expected for her.

Eventually, people in the south and in the southwest will have to take notice of what Sanders is doing.

I'm sure people in the South already are. Hillary will start playing dirty now that she has legit competition. Sanders is doing well with the younger vote, much better than Hillary is so it will be interesting to see how things pan out in SC.

Getting minorities to vote for him is going to be really hard for Sanders, considering Hillary has had a huge head start on that. Unlike the votes of the younger crowd, he won't win them on ideology alone.

If that push polling news is true, she already has.

Honestly, it's much more of an age question than a question of ethnicity.

Don't know if someone posted that already, but Jim Gilmore got exactly 12 votes in Iowa

Not 12 delegates, but 12 votes

And only 129 in NH as well.

Why do you guys hate Hillary so much?
I don't.
I understand all the unpopularity that comes with being a career politician, but I highly doubt a non-politician can do better. IMO politics is a profession like any other despite what likes of Carson, Fiorina and Trump like us to believe.
And I don't get why people overlook some stuff that Bernie says just because they don't feel comfortable with Hillary. "A revolution of a million people" is a bullshit idea, since historically the same demography that votes for Bernie (and voted for Obama too) disappear in the midterm elections. So it's very likely that this "revolution" will come to a crushing end in 2 years, even if Bernie is elected.

She's not the worst,
She is, IMO. Her tentacles are more far reaching than any other candidate, which means she would be more likely to abuse her power. This can come in the form of regulating enemies, not regulating other criminals (such as her bankster buddies), and especially warmongering. This would all outweigh any impacts to social issues, at least in my view. Realistically, the Repubs don't really care about gay marriage apart from a few (half of them are probably gay deep down anyway).
