My guess is that Trump is paving the road for Bush. Trump will drop out before the election and praise Bush (which he is already doing if you listen carefully to what he is saying). Bush will despite being outsmarted by a pigeon will start looking like a regular joe and not utterly useless. My guess is that Bush family is offering Trump something and that this was planned for a long time, many years ago. In the end Bush will win the election against Clinton. Though Clinton may not be the president US needs, Bush family has and will never steer the world or the US on a progressive path. They are in it for the money like many else, but they are far more opportunistic than most. Hopefully they won't ruin the country...

Ben Carson suggests Holocaust could have been "diminished" with guns
http://www.cbsnews.com/news/ben-carson-suggests-holocaust-diminished-with-guns/

Surprisingly, I haven't seen anyone post this yet. Couldn't figure out if I should post this here or in the gun thread. :D
Sometimes Ben Carson's idiocy comes out in spades. :)rndh:)

I love the part where he says if he was confronted by a mass murderer psycho with a gun, he wouldn't go down without getting a bunch of people around him to jump the guy since he couldn't kill all of them.

What kind of delusional, self-aggrandizing dream world is this guy living in? He was doing so well earlier too...

May as well have said, "If I was in Nazi Germany, I would have tried to take out Hitler with my bare hands!"

The worst part... Ben Carson is supposed to be the smart guy in the field.
Indeed! His remarks about the Oregon shooting is insanely callous and shocking too. Past days Daily show and Trevor Noah have been absolutely killing him for it, hilarious how retarded he is. This is the guy besides Rand Paul (where is he Btw? ) who came off as the smartest of the bunch.

That's the sad part. He started so well, now he is garbage. The comment about muslims being unfit as President also didn't do him any favors.

You can't hide stupid. Eventually it rears its ugly head.

Carson never was what people portrayed him to be. He's portrayed as some sort of conservative intellectual but the reality is he's a couple fries short of a happy meal like all the rest.

Lol too true, most bizzare of all is he is NOT caught off guard by tricky questions or pressuring tough journos. He is basically shitting it at fluff pieces. There is no reason to basically fuck it all up when you can just say what's expected of you. But apparently he can't help the inane stupidity come out.

It's so infuriating to see so many US politicians constantly use Hitler, the Holocaust, or Nazi Germany as comparisons when it's so obvious that they no absolutley nothing about any of these things that they didn't learn from watching Indiana Jones.

The worst part is reading comment sections to articles like that, in which the majority of responses agree with Carson's ridiculous statement. America is a country of ignorant buffoons. Not that my own country is much better... but at least our right wing conservative leader is actually intelligent.

It's an easy way to derail from the actual subject and pretend to know what you are talking about. More than often it's the republican party who play the Hitler card :D

It's not just politicians. It's whiny college students complaining about administrators. It's people having to vaccinate their kids. It's everybody.

There's a term I've used here for at least three decades now: "The ever-popular Hitler analogy".
