This.

I mean a lot of his critique is not applicable to modern capitalism (how could it be, keeping in mind that the economic system looked very different back then - you wouldn't take Smith's and Ricardo's works and apply them one-for-one to modern capitalism either), but there is a lot of very valid criticism in his thoughts, in fact, I'd argue that most of his effort actually went into a criticism of capitalism rather than developing communism. The Capital for example is little more than an analysis and critique of capitalism.
Agreed.

No, but lemme see what I can find. I was driving around putting on those low FM radio channels.:D

@Trequartista

I will leave this here...

The Citadel is evolving as a planned community where residents are bound together by:

Patriotism
Pride in American Exceptionalism
Our proud history of Liberty as defined by our Founding Fathers, and
Physical preparedness to survive and prevail in the face of natural catastrophes — such as Hurricanes Sandy or Katrina — or man-made catastrophes such as a power grid failure or economic collapse.
The Citadel is not your typical planned community where the developer's objective is selling cookie-cutter homes at the highest possible profit-margin.

The Citadel is not profit-driven. The Citadel is Liberty-driven: specifically Thomas Jefferson's Rightful Liberty.

Marxists, Socialists, Liberals and Establishment Republicans will likely find that life in our community is incompatible with their existing ideology and preferred lifestyles.
Dear God

Yeah, a few of those guys are from the area that Burke, Andy, and myself come from. My aunt is the local Public Radio reporter and stumbled onto these guys a few years back.

Oh, on another note. I've just been labeled a misogynist for not letting one of my co-workers attend a national GIS conference with her baby.

No way man, Rush is small potatos. I'm talking about the type of stuff that makes Rush seem moderate. The type of show where people call in from their "compounds" and talk about the craziest shit you can imagine.

he's a POS just like the rest, his dad on the other hand is the real deal
Rand Paul is being PC by openly supporting a murderous regime?
Rand Paul is playing the political game to stand a chance. Of course, if he comes out and states he would cut funding to Israel, he wouldn't be elected. Moreover, he did not reference providing arms support to Israel, which is a good thing as well. So basically this video was a hedge against uproar from the traitor's lobby while still advocating cutting off foreign aid. I highly doubt Rand is a true supporter of those folks.

Do they really? Wyoming maybe, but I have to say that when driving through Montana almost everyone I met looked mentally ill. Montana's friggin' nasty.
Really? I've heard nothing but good things about Montana. Seems like a beautiful state, really.

Conservative media pushes the Republican party to the extreme right and severely harms any candidate attempting to move towards the political middle or act more moderately.
There is nothing wrong with some facets of the "extreme right."

1) Adherence to the US Constitution
2) Anti-Globalist
3) Elimination of the Federal Reserve
4) Skeptical of politicians

I didn't read the article, but the mainstream conservative media pushes the Republican party to an extreme right of a different nature.

1) Constant war
2) Constant Islamic terrorist threat
3) Elimination of individual liberties
4) Focus on "Jesus" and other dumb matters

Who's more "extreme?"

We don't need more moderates. We already have a two-party one-party system. Sounds like a Democrat wrote that article.

I don't agree with Savage on everything, but he does make good points on some matters. He's also probably the most intelligent host on the radio.

Just today I was walking through a Jewish neighborhood and attached to every telephone pole was a flyer urging residents to call their representative to block the Iran deal. You say something against Israel, no matter how valid, and you get hell for it.

You say anything against Israel and you're being called antisemitic. The Jewish community is very strong and wealthy in Montreal too, it's the same garbage.

And THAT'S what I don't get. How are these people never called out for such things? This is the United States, you're a United States citizen. You don't do what's best for Israel, you do what's best for the United States.

The college I went to had a VERY large Jewish population, as it was in a Jewish neighborhood. A swastika was found drawn on one of that bathroom stalls. Now this is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable on every level, and the President of the college publicly issues an apology. Fine.

Then a few months later, a staff member at the college invites Pamela Geller to speak at the fucking school. She posts students personal info on her website (http://pamelageller.com/2015/04/the-brooklyn-zoo.html/), and not a word from the college is spoken other than "we must accept free speech" or something like that. And yeah, I'd be fine with that, had you not previously denied Students for Justice in Palestine from bringing speakers in to talk about the apartheid and denied them funding. And you could feel the tension between the Jewish and Muslim students on the campus, those poor Jewish students get brainwashed by their parents. You could tell too, because if you talk to some of them about it for a little while and explain it, they start to realize they might not have been taught 100% correct things. For 4 goddamn years I had to deal with that hypocritical bullshit, it makes me so fucking angry.

I'm really upset about this. But honestly, I can't see anyone that isn't sucking Israel's dick winning the election. The Jewish community is just way too organized, rich, and influential. It's so fucking disgusting, but I can only blame him so much.
