But it happens on both sides. The last 7 years we have seen a massive regression on both sides of the race problem.
Absolutely true. The sad difference I see now between today and, say, the civil rights movement of 50 years ago is that the racism today seems to have more entrenched people to claim entitlements for what they see is rightfully theirs. Fifty years ago it seemed more about wanting to bring about change less for selfish reasons but more to share in an overall better society as a whole.

I guess in a way it reflects our politics in general today compared to 50 years ago.

Thanks for the link.

It's a shame btw how much attention and importance is devoted to these debates, and especially the manner in which the candidates present themselves instead of the political content. One of the reasons/symptoms this system of democracy is so incredibly flawed.
True, though this Kasick, Rand Paul and Carson candidates are worth listening to. Especially the last 2, but the last one Carson, barely get to talk, I im on part 2 of the debate, it goes 30+ minutes where he doesnt get a question lol.

Too much of friggin the showman Donald Trump, and boring ones like Rubio (or Ted Cruz or walker who seem like comedians doing method acting parody...).

I was in brussels today. The shopping street "rue neuve". Wich is the biggest shopping street. It is the only interesting thing in Belgium. Women with the money and knowledge to present themselves, of just about every origin apart form boring belgian are gathering there seemingly. Thank god for sunglasses and ma jeans.

THAT is how fun belgium is. The only thing that is not boring as fuck, is a street that gathers good looking women. Wich look good cause they aint Belgian. Go figure.

Are you sure I am the angry one? Swag made a very good post that should be obvious to anyone with some sense, basically correcting you on your stereotyping type of ignorance in part (Obama is not a black politician in white mans clothing, he is just another politician, regardless of how he grew up or is educated or talks like, his race doesnt define him, his actions and beliefs does), and your reaction to me agreeing with that post is what? Being hung up about MY race for the upteenth time? And you wonder why I think you come off as a moron?

Swag did make a good point. And one that I agree with. But my point was that Obama is hardly a champion of the black community and more importantly that his situation is so different from that of most African Americans that I am not sure if we can say that someone outside the 'establishment' is now president.

What I don't get is why you show up every time there is a debate around race.

Why I dont get is why it is your bussiness what I say sbout anything or when I say it? And gives you the impression I give damn what you think about it?

I'm genuinly corious, before you make childish claims about angry this or that. You are clearly utterly incapable of having a basic discussion instead just spew out your self-important mantra whatever the topic is (I wasnt even addressing you since I long realized its futile) Obama just being another example you stereotype. Who is far far out of the norm of the establishment of american white presidents for the past 2 centuries, its ridicolous to state otherwise on that point alone since that was the barrier that was broken, and what majority of the hype was for (besides being a well articulated and educated man). Whatever black president that became the first would be, regardless of his personal background.

What a hilarious night, and there are people in this country who consider voting these clowns :lol2: Funniest part last night was how Rand Paul, an American politician running for presidency in the United States of America, debating with other American candidates in front of American people had to defend his (not even radical) position regarding US funding of Israel. I like his stand on a number of issues (although he hates Iran) but he's a little too angry/emotional when making his points (that "you were busy hugging Obama" bit was such a low silly attack). Carson is smart but he seemed totally clueless at times.

Oh and that last question about word of God or something :lol: And these guys are big on fighting religious fanaticism.

No wonder there are people who hate Obama, he's too smart to be understood by people who support these tiny brains.

Carson is an interesting fellow. He'll make a good point one minute and then go on about how the US government is too secular.
