@Hustini bro, Fox News went nuts on him because he wore a tan suit. They called him failed leadership because two people died of Ebola. There was a lot of outrage pointed at Obama, and imo disproportionately to that pointed towards trump.

and as hoori said, America is a democracy, majority rules, minority rights

There is no more hysteria on the right than there is on the left. You didn't see people screaming at the sky in anguish when Obama was elected twice.
Bro, Fox News literally criticized Obama for the way he ordered condiments on his hot dog. they criticized how he walked, how he talked, every insignificant detail of his was scrutinized. And Obama didn't say or do 1% of the scandalous and crazy things that Trump has done.

Still no comparison. The media swooned over every single thing Obama did. He could do no wrong and that's how the history is trying to be written. Fox is one media outlet. If the only argument you guys have is Fox News Fox News fox news as a comparison to the hysteria you see now then no further discussion necessary.

Yes, but do conservatives really watch other mainstream news channels? If you want smaller outlets, there are plenty of them that detested everything he did. The Blaze, Breitbart, Drudge Report, Alex Jones being some of them.

How so? Most presidential scholars see him as an average president. His foreign policy was arguably worse than Trump's, but I don't see anything in his domestic record to justify putting him in the list of the worst presidents.

Not denying that at all (it was just not what the discussion was about). The hysteria on the left also does exactly happen because of the dissonance I mentioned. As an individual, your voice is as significant as your vote, and it's sometimes not easy to accept.

This post is the constant "the world is ending because trump" mentality but fringe loons on the left are easily dismissed, yes?

If its so easy "because of democracy" to move beyond an opposition opinion you don't like then a lot of you here suck at democracy because you constantly bitch about a "nuclear armed orange man bad" in the White House...
You can disagree with others and their opinions. Shocking but that's not contradicting democracy. If I didn't believe in democracy, I wouldn't be hoping for another president in November. If you believe in democracy, you have to accept that even the most vile people or the most wrong opinions can get enough votes to be elected president of the united states.

And look what happened to Alex Jones...pretty much canceled, which I'm sure most of you here would agree is a good thing even though it goes against free speech.

There are also a ton of smaller left outlets that can be combined with the CNNs/MSNBCs/CBS/ABCs of the media world. What's your point? You combine Fox and the few little ones you mentioned it still doesn't come close to the majority of the media narrative we see now.

He violated the terms and services of every media outlet that he was on. Why and how does it violate his free speech?

Conversely, if you don't get enough votes then perhaps you (the minority) need to accept that maybe your thought isn't as mainstream as you thought it was.

Every major institution, media tech academia, is left leaning, you can't compare fox to that armada. But people seldom step back to notice the warped reality they live in.

Yeah, I will take that seriously when I see Twitter, for example, using the same standard of judging what goes and doesn't go when they are forced to uphold the same standard to people on the same side as them.

Per the loonies moving to the US only to push socialism, why the hell did they move here in the first place KNOWING we aren't a socialist country? Plenty of options to chose from...
Because d e m o c r a c y. For any loonies' voice to have any impact, there have to be enough Americans to vote for them.

There is a bias, yes, I've seen tweets by Jihadists on Facebook and twitter not taken down. But Alex Jones should be the last guy to complain about getting cancelled. If he was on Tuz, he would be permabanned too.

Why do you think I keep reiterating your "because democracy" in my other posts? My point is, one guy won either change it in November or channel the hysteria into something more useful and productive.
