Listening to Trump’s series of videos regarding policy, there isn’t any coherent strategy that I’m hearing at all.
Musk and Rama are going to “crowd source” ideas to cut government spending from users on X, which I guess is the only platform for any debate now. Trump wants to end the Department of Education while standing up a federal university with “free” education while also targeting “legacy” universities if they continue to be “woke.” We are going to have a legacy Fox News Anchor be the secretary of Defense. inflation is going to come down in spite of market forces just because they’re going to open up American drilling (as if OPEC and other nations aren’t going to cut production to keep prices high, so now we will nationalize energy??). They’re relying on Trump being Trump to somehow end all the wars around the globe, like Russia is going to care when they’re posting pics of his wife in state media like she’s dog meat?
I want to understand the logic from Trump supporters here. Perhaps I am missing something.

Trump has called for the eradicaton of "the enemy from within". We know what that means. He has called for the deportation of millions of immigrants, tearing up families and destroying lives. If you want unity, Trump is not your guy.
And more importantly unity is not something you are entitled to. You have to deserve unity. On a shared value system. On the foundation that, at our very core, we are decent human beings. But you're not. At your very core, you're not decent at all. What you want will hurt the vast majority of Americans. Why would you deserve unity?

I wouldn't call him a fraud per se. He's a very efficient rent-seeker. They will probably cut somewhere around 1 million jobs from .gov in the next 4 years, all the while making it easier for TSLA to grab market share in sweetheart, unvetted deals. Vivek is good friends with Peter Thiel, so PLTR will set up the domestic spy grids. Competitor firms will be squeezed out and even more jobs will be lost under AI. Adding in the tariffs and deportation, GDP could be anywhere from 3 to 10% lower by the end of 2028.
