What do you mean by strong? People think Trump is the new Reagan, Rand Paul is extremely strong on individual liberties and fiscal responsibility. It's just that people are stupid and will vote for Hillary no matter what. I've had conversations with several Liberals who basically said she gets a free pass on everything. These are actually relatively smart people too, so the whole country is tanked.
By strong I meant someone who is a clear leader in the Republican race like Hillary is in the Democratic one. Someone like Rand Paul, who in my view is clearly a better candidate than her, will in most probability not even make past the first hurdle. It's a damn shame that it'll mostly end up being a Bush vs Clinton fight and that's one Jeb will lose.
It'll be interesting to see if things change if Biden puts his name into the ring.

How the hell do you ask that? How is that even a real question?

"I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should 'make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,' thus building a wall of separation between Church & State." ~Thomas Jefferson
What the flying fuck was that?

I don't like Rand Paul's stance on many issues,I dislike the fact that he's named after Ayn Rand (I find objectivism ridiculous), and he's too libertarian for my taste but he's by far the best candidate out there; it's a shame the people is too stupid, ignorant, and manipulable to elect him.

It is ridiculous. At least for anybody past sophomore year of college.

He is not named after her. His name is Randy. His wife convinced him to change to Rand because it sounds more grown up.

I like Rand because essentially his goal is to put the power back in the hands of the people or at least get that process started.
