Obviously this will go to the courts, and obviously they will need evidence of election fraud and ballot tampering, which Trump and his advisers obviously know. So obviously, if there isn't any evidence, Trump will be laughed out of the White House. If there is evidence, then that is a huge problem. So let's see what happens here.

Speaking as someone who has family in Detroit and Pennsylvania, I'll be honest -- I wouldn't trust Detroit or Philly with anything, let alone counting ballots. And this was even before Common Core retard math.

What are the probabilities of that, must be pretty high according to Nate Silver.
I don't get the hate for Nate, he is a statistician, he doesn't conduct the polls.
He said this just a couple of days before the election:

The courts are not going to touch this.

And with good reason. Courts don't want to be seen as influencing the elections.

If there is a wall of solid evidence that there was tampered with the elections, the courts would maybe order a recount, exclude some votes or impose some other measure.

But there won't be.

We all know there won't be.

1) Murica needs to improve voter ID laws
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voter_Identification_laws_in_the_United_States
I didn't even know you could show up to elections without photo ID in so many states :shifty:
Some of these states are the ones under suspicion now

2) how does it take so long for some states to count the votes, and how are some decisive ones are stuck at 9X% for 2 days now. Shady as fuck, like they are printing new ballots all the time. A 3 mil state like Nevada can't count their votes while 50-100mil population european countries get their precise results by next morning.

The election is most likely rigged but Trump will not be able to prove anything. Make the election harder to rig

They could surely rule out votes as fraudulent, could they not?

I never understood how mail in votes could be managed. I mean, those votes would have to be cross-referenced with a list of folks that already voted in person, or if prior to the in person vote, ensuring the person doesn't vote again. Seems like a lot to manage from a paper perspective, as well as systematically. In knowing how the government works, the BA in me says I'm sure everything works just fine. :howler:

google states rights and have fun

it’s a debate that’s been going on since the beginning, what exactly do the states have the right to do and not do

I think we should have a streamlined national election system but a lot of states particularly in the south haven’t been a big fan of that idea

The voter fraud thing is a pure excuse. If there’s voter fraud, why is it only helping the Democrats? Is it impossible voter fraud could occur that affects the republicans?

and most importantly, there has been no evidence at all, just trump parroting bullshit. He asked certain states to stop counting and other states to keep counting. He knows mail in ballots are significant against him so he wants to put an end to them before the true results show.

its so clear that this is just him not accepting defeat.

Southern states are way stricter with Photo ID than North and West Coast. Check out the map in the wiki article. Fully agree about streamlining, this exact wording was on my mind but being a respectful toaster as a non-american I didn't want to lash out incase there is a perfect reason for this strong federalismo autismo I don't get.

fucking hell NV and AZ are now a lot closer than i had thought. This might not be over.

I suppose AZ is blue but NV is only a diff of 10k
Looking only at the statewide margins isn't a good way to gauge this election. Most of the votes in Nevada are from Clark County (a democratic county). The difference is likely only going to get bigger in Biden's favour. Arizona is harder to predict, but it won't matter anyways as PA is quite likely going to Biden. He's even on course to win in Georgia at the moment.

Some serious coping mechanism kicking in for some here. Not easy to admit that the man you've fervently supported is just a con artist (just like many have known all along).
You don't know what is at stake for some toasters since through all the finnish darkness and snow the nwo globalism aids is never gonna get to you. Weaponized social media *feelings* will dictate every aspect of any NA or EU citizen's lives. Forever.

:agree:

Must be conspiracy against Trump! Biden crime family fraud! Coping mechanism so strongk. Of course the muppets who support him are having pathetic tantrums all across the nation, or have gone silent as fuck.

Oh please. What utter nonsense. The pendulum will swing back and forth like it always does.

I was referring to states rights, not voter id
voter id is important however, it doesn’t make the votes come in faster. I live in Utah and we require voter identification yet routinely finish counts far later than the rest of the country

i was referring to southern states historically being against giving more power to the federal government
