These type of statistics prove nothing. Players that come in as a sub in the 70th minute or so are bound to have a higher goal/minutes ratio, simply because the defenders are getting tired.

There was a similar thing in Germany last year. According to statistics Dortmund collected more points per match without Rosicky in the team then with him. However, how many Dortmund fans do you suppose want him out of the team because of this?

So is this evidence that Zlatan has not been our most influential forward so far this season?
No,this is evidence that Zlatan has been our least prolific forward so far this season.

He has the worst scoring record, however you cannot deny that Zlatan has been our best all-around forward so far this season.

Still...Zlatan's goal/minute ratio doesn't even come close.

When it comes to goal stats, updated just after today`s game, the best goals-to-minutes ratio in our team in Serie A this season is that of Zalayeta..... one goal every 133.2 minutes. Second best is Del Piero - one goal per 161 minutes. Trezeguet is third with a goal every 169.8 minutes, while Ibrahimovic has a goal every 212.8 minutes. As for total goals, Zlatan has scored 10 in 25 games (2128 mins), Del Piero 7 in 18 games (849 minutes), and Trezeguet and Zalayeta with 5 each, but while Trezeguet`s goals came in less games (11 games - 849 minutes), Zalayeta`s came in less minutes (17 games with 666 minutes).

:p:fool:
Zalayeta ALL THE WAY!

That's my boy!

Why even dispute Zlatan's contribution to Juve? Without him we wouldn't've been atop of Serie A at all..never mind level on points with Milan at this stage. It isn't over people, and I for one am relying on Ibra..

Kezman scored about 70 goals in two seasons in the Dutch league with PSV.

Gilardino scored 13 goals in a season (and counting) in Serie A with struggling Parma.

Which player would you rather have? There's so much more factors then simply dividing minutes through goals. You just can't make a valid conclusion based on these sort of statistics.

thats a very vague hypothesis. All team would change all their forwards in the 70th minutes, if that is particualrly true.

which explains why fans are not the best party to judge whats best for the club ;)
