I assume you also know about slashdot.org, but it's not half as nice. Many of the same stories, but it's more of a posting site, whereas arstechnica have writers.

Yes I know it and exactly because of that never really liked it. Seems kind of cluttered, unorganized.

I just ran into an article on that site about MSN Messenger, which reminds me: The first couple of versions, if not the first had a loop hole that allowed you to make international calls for free. I remember that at that point you could only make calls within the United States so I had a cousin of mine that lives in Oslo dial my number as if she was in the US and it worked.

I tried going back about a year ago to see if I could find an older version but every time you install an older version it says you have to upgrade and it won't give you access.

Does anyone know if there's a way around that?

Hey Rami, that reminds me. Could you some recommendation of geeky tech news sites? Both software and hardware, from PCs to TV, mobiles, everything tech related.

That goes to the rest of you to, share your techie bookmarks.
Oooh V. I am sorry but I mostly visit Swedish sites when it comes to tech news.

You can might as well subscribe to your Gmail through RSS, which is built into the browser.

EDIT: No. No need to press Refresh. It'll do it automatically for you. Besides, i just sent a test mail to myself, and Opera mail notified me earlier than Gmail Notifier! :pumpkin:

Ok,I'd gave it a shot and it works good. BUT.....why does it leave messages on the server?
