    I concur with this line line of thinking. Why would a kid need a database query & reporting tools for a database?

    That's great Martin. Chances are had that been Opera, he wouldn't have gotten in that sort of trouble. Fofxfire, Opera, which sounds less "dangerous"?

    All the more reasons to use Opera. :D

    Judging by this report, and guessing at the skill level of the teacher who got so upset by this, if he had been using Opera, which is vastly different looking from IE, much more so than Firefox, the kid would likely get expelled for programming the mission control of a Soviet nuclear missile. :D

    Opera 9.5 has got APNG support for a while now but it didn’t get the press Firefox is getting. I wonder why…

    Well tbh as long as only Opera supports it, it's not really worth much. I mean you wouldn't build a website that's Opera-only. Firefox not only has a lot more users, it also gets a lot more attention, which means that the other losers will spring along with APNG too soon enough, cause they don't like the bad press.

    EDIT: Then again Opera 9.50 is still in beta, so they don't support it yet.

    I'd build all websites Opera only. :p

    Doesn't matter it's still in beta, more and more people are disliking FF because it's marketing is overshadowing a clearly better alternative browser, Opera.
