Several months ago. At the time I thought it was pretty crap and not very user friendly.
This one is very user friendly. I believe its a pre-release too. I found a bug and I wanted to report it too but couldnt.

But its very useful.

Another bug Im having with firefox: I get an "unresponsive script" message on a number of sites. I did the about:config fix which solved the problem, but the forums are now loading very slow. Someone said its an ActiveX script, but curiously Fx doesnt have that option. Funny, no?

Firefox is made by people who think ActiveX is a security hole you could push a cow through. They're not exactly big on supporting it. They're probably right. :)

I don't use it myself either. I have 1.5 loaded up with a bunch of extensions, it runs like a slow turtle, but I prefer that to alpha which won't let me use half the functions I've come to depend on.

btw how much memory does your FF use? Mine is currently on 143mb!!!

Isnt it possible to get extensions for Firefox 3?
I haven't looked into it but usually people who write extensions focus on stable versions.

Using FF alphas in the past I've had that lots of times.

The bug that bugs me the most is that firemox has memory problems on my toolbars settings, wich are accesed View->Toolbars,
how can i permanetly check or uncheck a toolbar (esp the bookmarks toolbar)

Another bug is when i need to "bookmark" a new page the create in box doesnt present all the available folders...

And finally if anyone is intereted to install the Vista transformation pack,
he has to know that firefox isnt compatible with the tranparecies (spell)...

I've never had that problem. What version are you running?

There's a button to the right of the folder drop down menu. That'll give you everything.
