Did you get around to watching American Psycho? IMO Bale's best role, not best movie though.

American Psycho(I totally agree with you.This is his finest performance)
Equilibrium
Batman Begins
The Prestige

I think im missing out a movie but i cant remember which one.Anyway,im pretty certain that Bale is destined for greatness.Out of the younger lot out there(Even though Bale's 33,but even that is young for movie standard) Bale stands out as the best actor.I think the question isnt IF he'll win an Oscar,the question is WHEN he'll win an Oscar.I think he deserved one for his performance in American Psycho,and i heard that he was lined up as one of the possible noimnees for his performance in Rescue Dawn.He along with Depp,has got to be one of the most deserving actors that havent won an Oscar so far.Depp is in a class of his own though.He should have won Oscars for more than one of his performances.
