I am yet to watch that movie, I have it on my HD for a few months already, just can't get around to it. It seems spooky. :D
The half of it that I saw thus far is more cruel than spooky. I finally got off my butt and bought a dvd player, so I'll be FINALLY seeing the second half today. :D

you guys still didnt answer my question of Pan's L compared to Apocalypto!!! :(
It's two different movies. I really wouldn't compare them.

88 minutes, pretty poor. why pacino even decided to play in it
that was the only half decent scenario he got in his hands...

how's Pan's labrynth compared to Apocalypto?

Apocalypto is a very accurate "speculation" of a mythic tribe,
they aim to produce a super realistic film/tale almost a documentary..

Pan's labyrinth is almost a fairy tale, though combined with the cruelty of real life,
a mix of Alice in the wonder-land and a WW II b movie...

This'll raise some eyebrows...
Kid Galahad... Elvis Presley, Charles Bronson, Lola Allbright...
Why? Of Presley's 33 movies this was one of the few you'd call legitimate cinema. Lola Allbright was walkin' talkin' sex on legs, Bronson's beautiful 1950's Studebaker was a classic car to kill for, & "King of the Whole Wide World" was one of Elvis' bigger hits!

I really do, I have yet to see a person who has seen it and ended up disapointed.

Did you see Ocean's 13? As an avid Pacino fan I suggest you to avoid it.

 Thank God.

I wish I had that kind of self restraint, I watched the first two Ocean's out of curiousity and the third I was sold when I saw Al there. Fooking horrible, I think Pacino outta retire already, his last good movie was The Insider, 8 years ago. I hate seeing him in movies like this or Two For The Money. Take up directing or retire FFS.
