you mean 300 :p it's based on the frank miller cartoon (same guy that did sin city) i must admit that i loved the few scenes i saw despite the appraent disegard for historical accuracy



N.B: i knew a Xerxes in college :D

i hate this. whenever a movie gets such good critics, i end up disapointed. someone tell me that departed sucks. :D

sucked big donkey balls :D no it actually didnt but the "good fellas" comparaisons need to stop. It's a good movie overall maybe a little too long as it dragged a bit imo

yeah it ran a bit long...but many scorses's movies tend to do so

A couple of days ago I watched Being There. I was totally amazed by the movie and I regret not seeing it earlier. Great performance by Peter Sellers and the movie is filled with dark humour and symbolic scenes.
Recommended.

So far I have heard some mediocre reviews. Personally I thought that the trailer looked interesting so I may have a watch.

I want to see Marie Antoinette. Anyone seen it yet?
