Out of these three movies, which one do you recomend or do you recomend them at all:

Ice Age
Minority Report
Don´t Say A Word

I'm considering to buy one on DVD since it was on sale.

But watching this movie I can say: I do like Nicole, but this was not role to get Oscar. She should have get it few years ago, for The portraif of a lady, but not for this one
And I can't imagine, how was possible, that Zeta-Jones got Oscar for supporting role and not Julianne Moore for Laura'a role? :(

    tough question...

i've seen all of them and i can't really decide.
    Ice Age: very funney

Minority Report: Very kewl  (if you liked the Matrix and you like wierd ideas, go for this)

dont say a word: :thumb: great story and great acting.

i would go for Minority report since you're getting a DVD (thumb)
or go for "dont say a word" if you're not too crazy about Matrix-type movies.

    i saw "The Core"

    I was a bit disappointed.
The Graphics and Ideas (geek :D ) were brilliant :thumb:, but the movie lacked important elements than make a movie great.

i dont wanna spoil the movie, but you'll know what i mean when you watch it(though i dont recommend wasting your time).

I'll tell you what it's lacking if you're not planning on seeing it.

I'm going to watch it, so don't say about lacking for now Majed :)

And Loppan: I agree with Majed: Minority report is worth to see or buy on DVD, cause of sound and picture for sure.

Is this the movie based on the story by Jules Verne?

Well, I'm always a bit late so I only recently saw "Joy Ride" with Paul Walker and Steve Zahn.

Certain recommendation for the next time you're in your local video store! :thumb:

But why this ;) after IRA-stuff movie thing? I guess it has sth to do with my previous post but I'm  a bit why :)

I haven't seen/read "The Devel's Own", but if Clancy's attempt to portray Ireland in "Patriot Games" is anything to go by, do so with a pich of salt.

I went to see "Johnny English" yesterday. Speaking as a fan of all things Atkinson, I enjoyed it. I'm not sure how it'll do in the states though.

No, those movies were about sth very different, so about Ireland different as well.

I'm Atkinson's fan and I can't wait to see the movie. Although I've read somewhere that it is not good movie.

Clancy's knowledge of Ireland is unlikely to be any better though. Anyway, it's not worth debating. I may jsut watch the film ;)

Don't listen to the critics - if you like Rowen, you'll like the film.
