Kingsman: The Secret Service - I had no idea what was this about as I didn't even watch the trailer for it. And what a ride it was LOL! It was like a more violent James Bond with added comedy and looks like there are going to be more parts of it (or hopefully). Is it silly? Yeah. Is it exaggerated? Yeah. Is it fun? Hell yeah. Pace was great and it had me hooked during the whole movie. Fighting scenes were great, characters were likable and unpredicted stuff did happen. Oh and Samuel L. Jackson in this one LOL worth of watching just because of that guy as a bad guy. Plus it had so many WTF moments :lol2:

The Truman Show - Pretty cool and enjoyable. I liked it.

Dredd - Brainless action movie, predictable. But it had a great weapon in it which made it better

A Few Good Men - Great. I always liked such movies where they try to solve cases and Tom Cruise is amazing, underrated and has great movies.

It was decent, yeah, I don't think such movie could've been better. I did enjoy and I actually expected it to be pure rubbish.

Lots of actors have similar problems, I think of Jack Nicholson and Mel Gibson in particular. Others are better at changing up, like Christian Bale (Batman - the Machinist - Public Enemies) or Brad Pitt (Troy - Seven - Fight Club)

It's a comic book movie not Godfather Part 4. Hardy being on or not won't make much of a difference. Most of Marvel movies started with shitty actors and it never mattered.

Kingsman is a ridiculous film. The climate change theory as the premise for the movie so dumb. Fun is the the only way to flatter it cause it's really quite crap apart from the fight scenes.

Also just seen Kingsman, it was a silly and fun action comedy (violently so), I liked it, hit the right notes. Sameul L Jackson, this dude enjoys his ridicolous over the top career lol...

Oh, this is a movie that has Mark Strong, Jackson and Firth as the main draw, but that main young actor, damn was he good! Effortlessly charismatic and nailed the action and comedy bits.

That kind of ruined the movie tho, it was o out of place and dumb compared to the tone and flow of the rest of the movie. I get they were spoofing Bonds end scene sex scenes with random chick, but still, completely forced and unfunny delivery.
