If there's one player on our team that had to leave it would be Grygera, no question.

Tiago is obviously the better player compared to Molinaro, however I believe that Molinaro has a more modest wage and can be used as a decent replacement solution as a left back. This of course raises the question of how to handle De Ceglie, Criscito or a possible no signing.

Tiago has proven to be ineffective for us in two seasons. He may have some talent, but I remain unconvinced of his worth at a top club. I would say it would make more sense to sell him than Molinaro. Besides, more clubs are likely to put in some cash to buy Tiago than to buy Molinaro.

But again, talentwise Tiago is obviously vastly superior to Molinaro.

Molinaro is enough as a backup LB, so we should keep him and bring back Criscito or buy someone better. Tiago is enough also as a backup CM, but unfortunately his wages are too high for a bench warmer and his form is too inconsistent, while Molinaro is progressing at least. So definitely Tiago between those two, but Grygera would be my first choice player to get rid of.

Tiago tries hard, you just don't see it because thats his game, he passes and goes unnoticed, at least he can cross. How can you even compare tiago to molinaro, tiago proved himself in two of the biggest european clubs before, what has molinaro proved other than being a liability to our defense? Even if he can sprint like bolt.
nobody is comparing their technical ability, just their usefulness to Juve...and in that case Molinaro >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Tiago

Easily Molinaro. The man is hardly a footballer. He is decent in defense due to his pace and work rate, I agree to this, but he is completely and utterly useless in the other end. I have never in my life seen a professional player so clueless as to what to do with a football at his feet in various situations.
Tiago on the other hand is useful to have in the squad, although of course he isn't starting material atm.

Indeed. Agreed.

Although perhaps we should deal Tiago away to free up some wage space.
